  • Once your insurer or loss adjuster instructs us, one of our estimators will visit your property to assess the damage and put together a detailed scope of work. From there, we coordinate directly with your insurer or adjuster to get the repair approved, then schedule the work with our team and trusted subcontractors.

  • It depends on the extent of the damage and the scope of work involved — a straightforward repair might take days, while a major reinstatement following significant damage can take weeks or months. Once we've assessed your property, we'll give you a realistic timeframe and keep you updated throughout.

  • Not for every visit, but we'll let you know in advance which stages need you present (for access, decisions, or sign-off) and which don't. We do our best to work around your schedule and keep disruption to a minimum.

  • We work directly with your insurer or loss adjuster on the scope of work and approvals, which takes a lot of the back-and-forth off your plate. You're always welcome to reach out to us directly with questions along the way.
