For Insurers & Loss Adjusters

BP Bartlett Construction has been a trusted reinstatement partner in the New Zealand insurance industry for four decades. We process over 1,500 claims a year across Auckland, Waikato, and Hauraki — and we build our processes around what makes your job easier, too.

We Know What You Need From Us

We understand the pressure adjusters and insurers are under: fast turnaround, minimal back-and-forth, and a contractor who can be trusted to handle problems without needing to be chased or micromanaged. That's exactly how we operate. When something on a claim needs sorting out, we sort it — you don't need to follow up to make sure it's been done. It's part of why we've built one of the strongest reputations among reinstatement contractors in the region, and why adjusters keep coming back to us.

Working With Loss Adjusters

We work directly and regularly with loss adjusting firms including McLarens and Sedgwick, among others, receiving instructions straight from adjusters on a wide range of claims. This direct relationship means faster scoping, fewer handling delays, and a reinstatement partner adjusters can rely on to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for policyholders.

If you're an adjuster looking to instruct us on a claim, our office can be reached directly to discuss scope, timelines, and site access.

Reporting & Site Documentation You Can Rely On

Good outcomes start with good information. Our team is well trained in producing clear, accurate reporting on damage and loss description, so adjusters and insurers get exactly what's needed to assess and progress a claim without back-and-forth.

We carry out detailed site surveys, including floor plan damage assessments, and use LiDAR scanning to produce accurate floor plans where they're needed. We also take professional-standard photography on every site visit, so documentation is clear, consistent, and ready to support the claim. Where it's useful, we're also happy to provide general building advice to help inform scoping decisions.
